Respecting to the fullest the premise of working with local producers, Lambasket is a product 100% designed and manufactured in Barcelona.
Its surface is specially treated to withstand the typical humidity of condensation. However, we recommend drying the bottle’s surface and avoiding considerably wet surfaces.
We are a small team of dedicated beer nerds (okay, snobs) who banded together through a passion to elevate the Lambic drinking experience for all.
Normally, bottles rest in the cellar in a horizontal position. This helps natural sediments settle orderly. The use of the basket precisely aims not to disturb the content of the bottle during its service, to leave behind those sediments that can distort the final flavor. That and because it’s much more elegant and ceremonial.
No, we wish it did, maybe in the future! For now, Lambasket works perfectly in formats between 375 and 750 ml.
Make sure you have raised the stops on the base and removed the tab from the front (both marked with 375 ml).
